Here’s an easy, healthy lunch idea.
- 2.5 ounce Bumble Bee tuna packet
- Nutritional yeast
- Romaine lettuce leaves
- Shredded carrots
- Tomato slices
- Mustard or Frank’s Red Hot Sauce to mix with the tuna
- Mix one 2.5 ounce Bumble Bee tuna packet with mustard or Frank’s Red Hot Sauce, salt and nutritional yeast
- Layer romaine leaf, shredded carrots and tomato slices and add tuna on top
- Eat this like a taco, not rolled up
That’s it! You could also use salmon or chicken or even ground turkey or shrimp and different veggies too.
