- One large tomato
- 2 Bumble Bee tuna in water packets (or one can tuna in water)
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- salt, pepper, oregano & nutritional yeast to taste
- Core tomato and set aside.
- Combine tuna, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano.
- Stuff tuna into tomato.
- Sprinkle nutritional yeast on top.
- Broil for 5 minutes.
