- 1/2 Cup old fashioned oats
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (I used Soy milk)
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries (thawed)
- 1/4 cup almonds
- cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice to taste
- Combine oats, whey, non-dairy milk, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with cherries and almonds.
- Devour after a tough workout.
