This year my husband and I brought a Buckeye pie to Thanksgiving at my sister’s. Not a “healthy” or “clean” Buckeye pie. Nope. A regular, sugar-filled, creamy, calorie bomb Buckeye pie.
We also brought a veggie tray.
This was not an attempt on my part at #balance. Nope. I told my sister we would bring a veggie tray. I sent my husband to purchase this veggie tray. He came home with the veggie tray and the Buckeye pie.
He said he was sick of being the people who brought the thing nobody wanted to eat.
I disagree and think many people like to have healthier options to enjoy along with treats. I mean, what is so bad about a veggie tray?!
