Most brides want to look their best on their wedding day, and Krista put in the work it takes to do that.
She was already active and looked great, but Krista wanted to challenge herself to feel like a million bucks as she said “I do.”
With two training sessions a week and some hard work on her nutrition, Krista got some incredible results including losing nearly 15 pounds and dropping three inches from her hips and over two from her waist.

Krista not only looked amazing walking down the aisle but she also felt great. What she learned was putting time and energy into strength training and eating nutritious food helped combat a demanding job (she often puts in 12 hour days) with lots of travel.
