Consistency and dedication are two of the most important factors in successful weight loss.
Maggie has both and it shows. She and her husband Andy have been training with me for two years now, and they’ve worked their butts off. Day after day, week after week and month after month.
They train with me twice a week and go to the gym together at least two other days of the week. They lift heavy and they walk a lot.
In these two years they have never counted calories or followed a “meal plan.” They cook at home, make healthy choices and watch their portion sizes. They still enjoy evenings out, holidays and vacations.
Not only has Maggie lost 40 pounds, dozens of inches and dropped her body fat 10%, she’s also gotten so much stronger! Maggie can squat and dead lift right along side her 6’2″ hubby. When Maggie first started training with me she would not lift weights with Andy at the gym. Now she is no longer shy about being in the weight room, and proudly puts up more weight than half the gentlemen there!
Maggie’s progress is proof you can get results without extreme measures, as long as you are consistent and persistent.
