- 3 oz silken tofu
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 packet stevia
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 oz unsweetened almond milk
cinnamon to taste
- Combine tofu, cocoa powder, stevia, almond milk and cinnamon with whisk or food processor.
- When smooth, stir in chia seeds.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Optional: top with your favorite nut butter and/or blueberries
