Squat to curtsy lunge
Lunge with a lawnmower row
Cross-body bicep curls
Reverse lunge to knee strike
Overhead tricep extensions
Dumbell cross punches
Try 10 reps (per side) of each exercise in a circuit, then repeat the circuit 3-4 times total.
