It’s a smoothie… in a bowl!
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp PB2
- 1.5 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew or almond milk
- In a blender or for processor, combine all of the ingredients. Blend well.
- Optional toppings: nuts, berries, coconut flakes
