Small Group Training is the perfect compliment to your one-on-one session or a more affordable way to get the benefits of Personal Training. Groups are pre-set, you will train with the same ladies each week.
Programming is customized to your goals and ability but you get the benefit of working out with others, which makes it more fun and makes the time fly by!
