- One cup old fashioned oats
- 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
- 2 egg whites
- dash of unsweetened almond milk
- cinnamon, stevia, vanilla extract, other spices to taste
- Combine all ingredients.
- Cook like pancakes in pancake maker or on stovetop.
- Eat alone or top with a tablespoon of nut butter, fruit, or syrup.
Makes 6 pancakes.
