- 6 oz plain Organic Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
- 1 tsp vanilla
- cinnamon to taste
- sprinkle brown sugar
- Heat a saucepan and lightly coat with olive oil. When it is hot, sear the pineapple on both sides until it starts to caramelize.
- Combine vanilla, cinnamon & yogurt.
- Add pineapple and sprinkle with brown sugar.
