One hour personal training session at private facility (located in Hilliard area).
My personal training is focused on building strength, burning fat, shaping your body and correcting postural issues/deviations. As my client, you receive a customized plan made specifically to fit your body and goals.
Reserve your training sessions and save:
One Weekly Session – $180/month (requires 3 month minimum commitment). *Save $5 per session!
One Bi-Weekly Session – $95/month (requires 3 month minimum commitment).
Half hour sessions – $180/month (2 half hours per week) or $100/month (one half hour per week)
Don’t want to book sessions in advance? Single Session Rate – $50/hour

Workout with a friend or significant other and get fit together! You both get a one hour personal training session at private facility or location of your choosing.
Partner training is tailored to your individual goals and you get the fun and support of training with a friend or your spouse. Studies show you’re more likely to stick with a weight loss program if you workout with a buddy!
One Weekly Session – $252/month (requires 3 month minimum commitment).
One Bi-Weekly Session – $140/month (requires 3 month minimum commitment).
Single session rate – $70/hour
