Online Training with Melanie Ash Fitness gives you the guidance and advantages of working with a trainer, but you can train on your own time! All online personal training plans are tailored to your goals, ability, fitness level, and resources. You have the option of working out at home or in a gym.
With Online Training, we work together closely to track your progress and tweak your plan as needed. Workout and nutrition plans are updated on a continuing basis. This allows for changes and adjustments to programming based on your individual progress. This option is best for someone who has long-term fitness, strength, aesthetic or competition goals.
Initial start-up payment (covers 1st three months): $300, then $100 monthly

– Weekly email check-in for progress updates
– Unlimited email access for questions, concerns and motivation (please allow 24 hours for response, emails sent on weekends may not be returned until Monday)
Pre-packaged Training Plans:
This option is best for someone who has short-term goals or wants a program to follow for a certain period of time, but does not have detailed strength, aesthetic or competition goals. These plans are progressed over the duration of the training, but cannot be altered once complete.
– Custom Cardio/Strength/Core workout routines; I lay out exactly what exercises to do what days
– Workout tracking sheets to make it easy to follow and track your sets and reps
– Complete warm-up and stretching guides
– Exercise video library on my site to show proper form
– Plan is delivered to you in a convenient PDF form, which can be easily viewed on your phone or tablet or printed out.
– Email/Text response to questions within 48 hours (emails sent on weekends will be returned on Monday)
