Everything you need to know about group coaching. 

  • Can I try it out for free?

    Yep! If you're not sure if the group is right for you, you're welcome to try it free for 15 days! You do have to enter your credit card information but will only be charged once the trial period is over. After the trial period you will be automatically enrolled at the monthly rate.

  • How soon will I have access?

    Immediately. As soon as you join, you'll have access to your member's dashboard with all the materials and a link to join the Facebook group.

  • How do the payments work?

    Payments are done through a secure sever and your account is charged automatically every 30 days.

  • How do I get the training plans?

    You'll find the training plans on your Member Dashboard each month. They are a PDF download.

  • Is there one-on-one coaching?

    This is not direct one-on-one training or nutrition coaching, but you do have the chance to ask questions, submit videos and have your Food Diary reviewed for direct one-on-one feedback.

  • Can I cancel at anytime?

    Yes, you are free to cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel prior to the end of the 15 day trial you will not be charged. Cancelations cannot be pro-rated, and you lose immediate access to the Member Dashboard.
