- 3.5 oz lean ground turkey
- 1/2 sliced zucchini
- one cup cooked spaghetti squash
- 1/2 tomato diced
- 1/2 tbsp Mrs. Dash tomato basil
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- Brown turkey in a pan with zucchini, then add tomato, tomato sauce and Mrs. Dash and heat throughly.
- Serve over cooked squash.
