Melanie Ash - Trainer

Melanie Ash has been working in the fitness industry since 2008, and is a certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Weight Management Specialist and Back Injury Prevention Specialist.

After falling in love with group exercise classes at her local gym, Melanie became a certified instructor and began teaching classes of her own. She loved helping others find more energy and confidence from working out and realized this was her true passion.

In 2012 Melanie and her husband Jason founded Melanie Ash Fitness and in 2017 they opened Fitness Evolution. Melanie believes taking care of your body with proper nutrition and regular exercise allows you to have more confidence and success in all areas of life. Her training style is a mix of functional training, metabolic conditioning and fun!

Outside of fitness, Melanie loves spending time with her nieces and nephews, being outdoors and watching NFL Football (Go Lions).

Ashley Stuver - Instructor

Ashley is an Ohio native who has been living in Columbus for five years. After working in the fashion corporate world for three years, she realized her passion was in the fitness industry, and decided to trade in her heels and dress clothes for sneakers and yoga pants!

Ashley completed her 200-HR YTT program in May 2017. Her goal is to have everyone leave her class more energized and grateful than they came.

When she's not teaching on the mat, she's studying for her Personal Training certification, hanging out with her husband, Brad and dog, Nella, or trying out a new fitness class. You can also find her sampling donuts or drinking coffee around town.

Shannon Burke - Trainer

A Cleveland native, Shannon has a passion for helping people improve their fitness, get stronger and overcome both physical and mental setbacks. Shannon graduated from BGSU with a degree in Athletic Training and brings to Fitness Evolution more than eight years experience working with both athletes and patients in Physical Therapy and Orthopedics. She is completing her Personal Training certification in early 2018.

Shannon loves to work with clients in person to see and experience their progress right along with them. Additionally she enjoys working on her own fitness, relaxing with her fiance' and two rescue dogs, and enjoying all of the great food and entertainment Columbus offers.
