Satisfy your dessert craving with these brownies that won’t crash your macros!
- 3/4 Nonfat Plain greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 3/4 Cup Oat Flour
- 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Cup Stevia
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips. Mix together until well combined.
- Spray an 8×8″ baking pan and spread in the mixture.
- Make sure the mixture is distributed evenly in the pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool before cutting and enjoy!
