When I met Carrie, she told me she was ready to make a change – and she knew what she needed to do. Carrie was ready to give up her cardio habits in exchange for strength training, and get control of her diet.
I knew right away this was my kind of girl!
Carrie jumped all in with the same enthusiasm she brings to every Fit Camp and training session. She instantly fit right in and was a fun and welcome addition to the group!
Because Carrie committed from the beginning to doing everything I asked of her, she has had incredible progress in just two months!
What these pictures show is not just weight loss, but take a look at the change in her overall posture and how she carries herself. WOW! That’s a transformation. Carrie says she already feels stronger and has learned so much.
The reason Carrie has had such dramatic results is because she committed and has been consistent. She is training three days a week and coming to Fit Camp twice a week. Additionally, Carrie is doing Nutrition Coaching and has been very dedicated to eating the right amount to fuel her body while still being able to lose weight.
And don’t think she’s been doing any “extreme” diet or detox or suffering like mad either! In the last eight weeks Carrie has been able to enjoy date nights with her hubby, wine with the neighbors and even celebrate a birthday without being miserable!
Carrie has practiced making smart choices and indulging when it was worth it. Most importantly if she has an off day, she just gets right back on plan the next. That’s how it’s done!
Carrie knows she needs to lift weights, fuel her body properly, and practice balance with food. Watching her grow so much already and seeing how much she is loving this new lifestyle makes me so happy!
Up next – getting even stronger! This chick is ready for a challenge and not afraid to work. Like I said, my kind of girl. 😉
