What can I say about Stephanie?? She is one of the hardest workers I know and is completely dedicated to any project she takes on. That includes her decision to take control of her health and lose weight along with toning up, getting in better shape and feeling good.
In the last few months Stephanie has committed fully to her Nutrition Coaching program and been diligent about following my recommendations. She has had days here and there when stress or life happens but always gets back on plan immediately and that is why she has such great results!
Stephanie started with Personal Training and quickly started attending Fit Camps and then added Small Group Training. She’s made some new friends too and enjoys getting to work out with the other Melanie Ash Fitness ladies.
The only downside to her rapid success – Stephanie has had to buy almost a complete new wardrobe, and even that is getting too small! People are noticing every time they see her AND she recently had a health check-up at work and passed with flying colors. She was told to keep doing whatever she’s doing – and I know she will.
Stephanie has some big goals and will keep on tackling them with that same commitment and dedication she applies to any challenge she takes on.
On a side note, this chick has been a very positive influence added to my life as well, and sometimes our sessions feel more like an hour of great girl-talk therapy time! Thanks for trusting me and being such a dedicated client and a friend.
