Claudia is the perfect example of the right way to achieve sustainable weight loss! We’ve been working together for several months, and Claudia has been consistent with her workouts and keeps a good balance in her diet. You can see avoiding drastic measures or silly shortcuts has paid off for her in a big way!
Claudia has a stressful job and faces daily temptations at work. She also has a busy social life, and needs to balance her diet and weight loss goals with enjoying life.
One thing Claudia has always maintained is a realistic attitude. She knows there are going to be good days and bad days, but the key to keeping the weight off is trying again tomorrow.
That determination helped her lose an impressive 20 pounds. She’s lowered her body fat dramatically and lost an incredible 11 inches from her abdomen and 5 and a half inches from her waist!
What Claudia gained is an awareness of what her triggers are, and how to find other ways to deal with them besides food. She also has regained a love for exercise after a serious back injury that previously had her avoiding the gym.
One thing I want to share about Claudia is what an amazing friend she is as well. She trains with a close friend and has motivated others to come to Fit Camps. I always see her cheering others on and boosting them up when they struggle. Even though she has her struggles as well, she is the first to encourage a friend to hang in there and remind her how far she’s come.
Claudia is an inspiration to those close to her, and hopefully her progress will inspire some of you as well!
