The 6 Week Clean & Lean Challenge is about eating real food, every day and working out at least three times per week.
It isn’t easy to eliminate packaged and processed foods, make healthy meals at home and make time for working out, but Yvonne committed and stuck to it for the entire six weeks.
She didn’t slip up one day, even finding herself staying home on St. Patrick’s Day instead of going out like she usually would.
Yvonne admits it was a struggle, but she pushed through and stuck it out.
That dedication paid off, not only because she was our challenge transformation winner, but because she lost 20 pounds and 10 inches!
Change is hard, but when you have accountability and a great support system in place you can make it happen. Yvonne isn’t done, either. She signed up for a second round and says she feels she can continue eating this way for years to come. She isn’t starving or deprived, and healthy food tastes good!
