When I met Jessica she was looking to take her fitness to the next level. She was working out and meal planning but felt like she was a little stuck. She wanted to lose some body fat, increase muscle tone and build a higher, tighter booty.
A few months after we started working together Jess got engaged. The wedding gave her extra motivation to commit to her workouts and be consistent with her eating.
You can see Jess was already slim. In fact the difference between the two photos is only three pounds. This bride-to-be wanted to be in the best shape of her life, however, and she wanted more shoulder and back definition to display in her wedding dress.
Jess never slacked on workouts, getting into the studio for training and classes five to six days a week. She diligently planned and prepped meals and aimed for specific daily calorie and macro goals.
The week of the wedding Jess was down 3% body and nearly seven inches. Her hard work definitely paid off!
Not only did she look amazing for her wedding, she has some new, hard-earned muscle to keep long after the big day.
Transformations aren’t always about huge drops on the scale or drastic before and after photos. Jess is an example of how you can change the shape of your body and make a visible different to an already-fit frame by buckling down and staying consistent, with a specific end goal in mind.
