There’s a chance I might be a little too obsessed with my FitBit. Truly. I have worn it daily for nearly three years. Personally I love the motivation it provides. My clients use FitBit as well to increase their amount of daily activity, and a little friendly step competition never hurt either!

This has been my go-to for goal setting and accountability. The planner makes it easy to set short term goals and then track your progress through the month. They are a must-have for those who like to plan and track!! They even have a Fitness version with spots to track workouts and meals.

You guys, this thing is a game-changer for meal prep! You can cook an entire meal in this pot in half the time it would take to cook in the oven. Take a crockpot meal from all day to less than an hour! I use mine to cook meat, steam vegetables in minutes, and you can make your own yogurt!
Favorite Thing #4:
When it comes to protein powder, there are so many different kinds. It ca be hard to know what to get and which are best. For me, it all comes down to two things: taste, and ingredients.
